Our Accordion Seal
Our high-quality Accordion Seal, specially designed for the pass-trough between the driver's cab and the living cabin in expedition vehicles and off-road motorhomes, is made in the USA. It is produced from durable and long-lasting EPDM rubber, which stretches significantly without tearing. After stretching, it returns to its original shape again.
Thanks to special push-on springs made of galvanized steel, the Accordion Seal is particularly easy to install, securely holds in place, and provides protection against moisture and dust. Depending on the vehicle's torsion and the width of the gap between the cab and the living cabin, our Accordion Seal is available by the meter in sizes S, M, L, and XL in our shop.

The installation of the Accordion Seal can be done either directly on sheet metal or on various frame constructions. Here, we have listed the different options for you, along with their advantages and disadvantages, so you can decide which method best suits your needs. Shipping & Returns
We ship with DHL. For deliveries within Germany, our shipping costs are a flat rate of EUR 7.69. Shipping to other countries is slightly more expensive. After placing your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the DHL tracking number.
The Accordion Seal is cut to your desired length and is therefore non-returnable. Please make sure to order the correct length and consider adding a few extra centimeters as a buffer. If you're unsure about the necessary length? Feel free to contact us before purchasing - we’re happy to assist you.
Non-customized products can, of course, be returned without any hassle.
