Bellows for Expedition Vehicles

The driver's cab and the living cabin of an expedition vehicle are mounted separately and can twist relative to each other. To create a dust- and waterproof pass-trough between the cab and the living cabin, it must be sealed in a way that does not hinder this movement. The Accordion Seal brand bellows are specifically designed for this purpose.

EPDM special adhesive

To bond the two ends of the bellows together, we recommend using the special EPDM sealant adhesive ELEVATE™ EasySealant™. We advise against using contact adhesives (such as the PETEC profile rubber adhesive) and products based on cyanoacrylate (super glue). In our experience, the adhesion of contact adhesives to EPDM is insufficient. Once cured, super glue lacks the necessary flexibility, which can lead to the bonded joint breaking. Shipping & Returns

For orders of EUR 100 or more, we offer free nationwide shipping within Germany via DHL. For smaller orders, a flat shipping fee of EUR 6.99 applies. Shipping costs for international deliveries are calculated at checkout. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the DHL tracking number via email. Our bellows are cut to your desired length and is therefore excluded from exchange. Non-customized products can, of course, be returned.
