Accordion Seal Size L

This high-quality Accordion Seal is used to create a water- and dustproof passage between the driver's cab and the living cabin in expedition vehicles. It is made of a robust, approximately 2.5 mm thick synthetic rubber (EPDM), which has an extremely long lifespan. On both sides of the bellows, a push-on spring made of galvanized steel is embedded, allowing for easy attachment to a frame (maximum material thickness of 4 mm) or an edge of a metal sheet. Our seal in size S has a width of approximately 112 mm in its relaxed state. It can be compressed to about 68 mm. Unfolded it measures approximately 290 mm in width. Due to the elasticity of the rubber material, the seal can be stretched easily up to around 420 mm with manual force. The material can be extended even further without damage. After being stretched, the seal returns to its original shape.

The stated price refers to 10 cm of the Accordion Seal. For example, if you need 3.2 meters, please order 32 units. We always deliver in one continuous piece. Since the seal is custom-cut to your desired length, it is non-returnable. Please make sure to order the correct length. We recommend adding at least 5 cm, preferably 10 cm, to account for the adhesive joint and an extra safety margin.
